Local browser storage
Theory Board can work without an account. In local mode, boards, card text, card positions, connection labels, and uploaded image previews are stored in this browser on this device using localStorage. Clearing browser storage can remove local boards.
Cloud accounts
If cloud accounts are enabled and you sign in, boards you save to the cloud are stored with your account. Public boards can be opened by anyone with the share link. Private boards are intended for the owner account only.
Public sharing
A public shared board may show the board title, cards, red-string labels, timestamps, and the creator profile display name or bio if the creator has filled those in. The app does not intentionally display account email addresses on public boards.
