Guidelines for creating, sharing, and remixing boards.

Your content

Theory Board is built for fictional investigations, podcast planning, fan theories, and visual brainstorming. You are responsible for the content you add and share publicly. Do not publish private, harmful, or abusive material.

Sharing and remixing

Public boards are read-only for viewers. Remixing creates a separate editable copy, leaving the original unchanged. Save your copy to keep your changes.

Community rules and private collaboration

Do not use boards or invitations for harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual exploitation, illegal content, exposing someone's private information, or copyright infringement. These rules apply to private collaboration as well as public sharing. Share only material you have permission to use.

When collaboration is enabled, invitation links grant Viewer or Editor access to the first eligible account that accepts them. Send each link privately. The owner controls invitations, membership and public visibility, and owns the cloud board; editors do not gain access to the owner's other boards, My cards or earlier versions. Shared edits are not simultaneous live editing. Download important work before leaving; the owner can remove access or delete the board.

Use People in the board's Share panel to report content or a member, block a member, or leave. Blocking may leave boards you share with that person. Unblocking does not restore memberships. The service team may restrict access or remove content/accounts that violate these rules.

Report a concern

Choose Report on a public board to prepare an email or copy the report text, or contact info@thepoleshift.com. Send the email to submit your report. Include the board link and a short explanation. Reports are handled by email; this public-board email flow is separate from the in-app private-collaboration report queue.
